General Terms and Conditions for the Money Motion 2026 Giveaway

1. Organizer of the giveaway
The giveaway is organized by WebID Solutions GmbH, Unter den Linden 10, 10117 Berlin, Germany, info@webid-solutions.de, Tel.: +49 3055574760.
By participating in the giveaway, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have their residence within the European Union are eligible to participate. The prize specified in the giveaway will be raffled among all participants.
Employees of WebID and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is free of charge and does not depend on the purchase of goods or services.
Each participant may enter the giveaway only once. Multiple entries will result in exclusion from the giveaway.
3. Prizes
The prizes to be raffled are those specified in the giveaway post on the WebID Solutions GmbH LinkedIn page. ´
Any item presented as a prize within the giveaway is not necessarily identical to the item won. Variations in model, color, or similar features may occur.
Cash payment, payment in kind, or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prizes are non transferable.
4. Participation, Duration and Implementation of the Giveaway
To participate, the participant must follow the WebID Solutions LinkedIn page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/webid-solutions-gmbh/ and comment on and like the giveaway post. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning.
The giveaway begins upon publication of the giveaway post on the platform and ends on the date specified on the WebID Solutions LinkedIn page.
The winner will be contacted via direct message within seven working days after the end of the giveaway. By participating, the winner agrees to this form of contact.
Upon notification of winning, the winner will be asked to provide the data required for delivery of the prize. If the requested data is not provided within three working days after notification, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the eligible participants. The prize specified in the post will be delivered no later than March 2, 2026.
This giveaway is organized by WebID. It is not affiliated with LinkedIn and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by LinkedIn in any way.
5. Data Protection
Providing personal data is necessary to participate in the giveaway, for example name, email address, and postal address.
The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the giveaway, for example for shipping the prize.
After completion of the giveaway, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Exclusion from Participation
WebID reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of these terms and conditions, multiple participation, attempts at manipulation, or similar conduct. WebID also reserves the right to take legal action.
7. Liability
WebID is not liable for technical disruptions that may prevent participation in the giveaway, for example server failures. WebID is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In cases of an assumed guarantee, fraudulent intent, injury to life, body, or health, or where mandatory statutory liability provisions apply, such as under the German Product Liability Act, WebID shall be liable in accordance with statutory provisions.
8. Amendments and Early Termination
WebID reserves the right to amend or terminate the giveaway in whole or in part at any time if this becomes necessary for legal or technical reasons.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
9. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
10. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
