WebID Solutions GmbH and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as the “WebID Group”) strive to operate and offer their online platforms and products in accordance with applicable legal requirements, such as the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).
This accessibility statement applies to the online platforms and products of the WebID Group.
1. Compliance Status with Applicable Requirements
The online platforms (www.webid-solutions.de and www.webid-solutions.com) (hereinafter “websites”) and products of the WebID Group are partially compliant with the BFSG due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions. Some requirements are not yet fully met.
2. Non-Accessible Content
The following content and features of the websites and products are not yet fully accessible:
- Some images lack alternative text.
- Some control elements do not have meaningful alternative text.
- HTML structural elements for headings are occasionally incorrectly nested.
- Some pages contain headings and elements without labels or with the aria-hidden attribute, making them inaccessible to screen readers.
- Not all control elements have a clear visible focus.
- The language is not fully operable via keyboard.
- Enlarging content may result in overlapping or truncated content.
- The zoom function on mobile devices is not yet designed to be accessible.
- Not all elements meet the contrast requirements.
- PDFs generated and provided by the application are not fully accessible.
- Status messages are not programmatically available and are not detected by screen readers without manual focus.
Additionally, for the websites:
- Some pages contain form fields without labels, making them difficult to access via screen readers.

We are continuously working to identify and eliminate existing barriers on our websites and our products.

5. Market Surveillance Authority for Accessibility of Products and Services
If, after providing feedback to the contact above, no satisfactory solution is found, you may contact the Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF).
To fulfill the tasks of the Accessibility Strengthening Act, the federal states are currently establishing a joint authority.
The MLBF is expected to begin operations as a new public law institution on June 28, 2025, in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt, provided the relevant state treaty is ratified by all federal states. All states are currently working to create the necessary conditions.
